The hotel is conveniently located near the expo center.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by numerous issues. The noisy environment made it difficult to sleep at night, and I often felt like I was dealing with rude staff members who lacked basic customer service skills. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as I noticed stains on sheets and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

I stayed here while visiting Expo Guadalajara, which is conveniently just a short walk away. I appreciated the comfortable beds in my twin room, and the working air conditioning was a plus, especially with the warm weather. With the hotel being very close to the expo, it made coming and going quite easy. However, there was some noise from outside that could be disruptive, and I noticed that the coffee provided at the reception was not great. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the purpose of my visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they even assisted me with some local directions when I needed it. I got a kick out of the remote control for the HVAC, though it took some time to figure out. It's that kinda stuff that adds a little charm, ya know?
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, something to think about.
